Education is one of the basic human rights. Every human being has the right to be enlightened by the light of knowledge. But like other issues of our society, a gender inequality exists in receiving education which is enacted to the females. This unwanted practice is continuing still in our society and hinders the progress of our nation. In our country, because of some old superstitions and customs, girls are deprived from many facilities which are cashed in on by males. Education is one of those. The parents think not to invest money to their female children rather than to the males. And that’s why; women of our country still can’t lead a solvent, secured, independent life. A woman without any education can’t use her skills and brain in a proper way. Because of educational ignorance, she can’t differentiate the right and wrong and take any decision correctly. She can’t use the chances to uplift her condition. She can’t nurse her family and children properly. In total, an uneducated woman leads a disorganized life. These awful facts affect the society decisively. Almost half of the population remains inoperative, unskilled, and slapdash. It lags behind the whole nation economically, academically, commercially which will suffer the future generation. If the women-folk is educated, they can utilize their skill, knowledge and work hand in hand with men in all programs of development. They can be self-employed and be a source of man power by which they can support their family financially. They can analysis any situation and take the right decision and influence her family and society in the key areas through their useful thoughts. They will be conscious about early marriage, family planning, maternal mortality rate, child mortality etc. Besides, if a woman is educated, she can take care of her children perfectly. A mother exercises an undeniable influence in the formation of children’s character and shaping their future destination. Once Napoleon said, â€Å"Give me an educated mother, I will give you an educated nation.† So, the importance of female education is beyond of words. So, if we want to live in a self-sufficient country, the females must be educated. The society must break its ancient prejudices and be open minded. The government has already taken a few steps: giving scholarships, education without fees and others to create awareness among people over this matter. If this exertion flourishes, then we may hope for an advanced, sophisticated, developed country.

Referring to the poem allegorically, the waterfowl may represent human struggles that we face throughout life, while the bird’s adversary, the hunter, represents the pursuing threats that we constantly face in life. I believe that the poem is targeted towards a more mature audience due to its thematic complexity and seriousness. In contrast to this, Cranes’ purpose is to inform and educate the readers on the â€Å"modern techniques† pioneered by â€Å"Operation Migration†, and their mission to help â€Å"endangered birds learn their traditional migratory routes.† Therefore, I believe that this National Geographic article’s intended audience are individuals who are interested or concerned about the preservation of endangered animals, and in this example, specifically cranes. A significant difference between the two texts exists in their structures. Cranes is presented as an article, and demonstrates many of the format’s characteristics. Visually, it possesses two images, in order to compliment the text and attract the reader’s attention to the article, and is structured in paragraphs. In terms of context and language, the article demonstrates numerous examples of factual information, supported by evidence, rather then expressing opinionated points. For example, referencing â€Å"crane biologist Richard Urbanek†. In contrast to this, To a Waterfowl illustrates numerous examples of standard characteristics of a poem. Bryant divides the poem into eight stanzas, each with the same metrical structure and each with the same rhyme pattern. Although both texts are written in different formants and demonstrate different structures, both texts exemplify the use of descriptive imagery in their use of language in order to enhance the description the writers are trying to illustrate. Furthermore, Miss Riley is heroic because she believed in Homer before he did in himself. Homer’s father- Jon put him down and showed no support towards what he wanted to do. His father wanted Homer to become a coalminer like everyone else in the town. But Miss Riley knew that is not what Homer should do, and he had a special potential to succeed by making the rocket ship. Although Miss Riley was sick when Homer was awarded 1st place- she was still very optimistic. Miss Riley had a disease called Hodgkin’s disease. This deathly disease would not allow her to live much longer. With that said Miss Riley always looked in the future, even though she was vastly ill. To continue, I feel Miss Riley acted as an inspiration. But not only for Homer, but many other people in the town. Like I said before she was a positive person and looked into in the future. Other people could take that as a lesson. I think Homer looked up to Miss Riley. I also look up to my great grandma. They both share similar traits that people don’t always have. In my opinion, my great grandma had a special power of making someone feel like they were worth living and they had a purpose in life. On the other hand Miss Riley made people feel like they could succeed. All in all, Miss Riley is heroic because she was encouraging, she believed in Homer, and she acted as an inspiration. The main source of his writing was the time he spent in Hannibal, Missouri as a young boy. He also used his childhood friends in many of his work, such as modeling the character Sid in Huck Finn after his brother Henry. Twain also used the happy times in his life to express his feeling in his writings. Twain used the trials of his life to make his works humorous and all-time American classics. Twain's life began in the sleepy town of Florida, Missouri. After a few years of living in Florida, Twain's family packed up and moved to Hannibal, Missouri, about 30 miles away from Florida. Accountability means being liable to being called to account; answerable. A good military definition of the word would be and usually means to be liable for paperwork and or property, and personnel; usually of lesser grade and rank. When dealing with army leadership and duties; being a soldier and or a leader means being accountable for what you do or don’t do as well as implied duties and responsibilities.As a leader, being one means to be accountable not only for one’s actions, but for the actions of the soldiers for which you are assigned. One is to be accountable for equipment that is assigned to one’s-self as well. The department of defense states and defines accountability to be an obligation imposed by law or lawful order or regulation on an officer or other person for keeping a ccurate record of property, documents, or funds. The person having this obligation may or may not have actual possession of the property, documents, or funds.Accountability is concerned primarily with records, while responsibility is concerned primarily with custody, care, and safe-keeping. But again, let us not get the definitions confused. The term accountability differs from the term of responsibility. There is a big difference. There are reporting procedures and processes for recording and accounting for personnel and equipment. There are different types and ways of reporting within different sizes and types of elements of a command.There are also ways in which one will report to one who is in a designated duty position and or of higher rank and grade within different elements of commands. If we did not have this accountability in process as a standard in the United States Army then we would not be the successful fighting force that we are today.
